PLANET BUDGET is a comprehensive guide for setting forest and energy targets to stabilize the Earth's climate and stop the daily destruction of crops, animal life, water and air quality systems. PLANET BUDGET will result in the international coordination of personnel, technology, resources, finances, and education through the United Nations and all international bodies in a concerted urgent effort to reduce atmospheric CO2. The human race is now living at the end of the interglacial period and the climate is changing fast. Evidence of this is the increasing severity around the world of: droughts, fires, hurricanes, floods, and excessive heat and freezing conditions. The consequences are observable all over the planet in the destruction of human life, food, water systems, and property. Our lives, and our children, are already suffering around the world.

PLANET BUDGET: GOALS

• Adoption of 15-year CO2 emissions targets for U.N. members on a country by country basis

• Soil remineralization (agriculture and forests)

• Rejuvenation of existing forests

• New forest planting

• Increasing phytoplankton in the oceans

• New energy technology development to eliminate CO2 emissions

• Reducing Atmospheric CO2 to 280 ppm by the year 2020

UNITED NATIONS
Our objective is to get the U.N. General Assembly to request member states to follow the emissions targets set forth in PLANET BUDGET, or propose their own. This is a continuation of the CLIMATE TREATY passed at RIO DE JANEIRO, 1992.

PUBLICATION COSTS
$20,000 IS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY to produce and distribute the first 2,000 copies of PLANET BUDGET, to the U.S. Congress, members of the United Nations, and key organizations in both U.S. and other countries. PLANET BUDGET will also be sold on the Earth Regeneration Society, Inc. website, and through regular retail channels.

ALDEN BRYANT BIO

• Main organizer of the 12-9-88 all day conference at the United Nations in New York, which led to the June 1992 U.N. Summit meeting at RIO DE JANEIRO, which produced the U.N. CLIMATE TREATY.
  
  
• Primary author of the first bill in any country on climate stabilization, which was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Congressman Ronald V. Dellums: "Emergency Climate Stabilization and Earth Regeneration Act of 1992."
  
  
• Called "America's number one ecologist" by Congressman Ronald V. Dellums.
  
  
• Designated "Emeritus Life Associate" of the International Society for Strategic Management and Planning. Introduced "climate stabilization" to a national meeting.
  
  
• Included in the Environmental Plank at the U.S. AFL-CIO 1987 National Convention, a section on "climate, food and jobs."
  
  
• President and a founder: Earth Regeneration Society, Inc. a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (founded, 1983).
